This week on “Real Housewives of Atlanta” Kandi Burruss threw a surprise party for her boo Todd.  Porsha Stewart attended the soiree in the $3,500 now $1,225 Runway Lace Dress from Hervé Léger’s Spring 2011 collection.  The sleeveless midi dress features a banded ballerina neckline, skeleton seaming on the bodice, and black wide lace stripes over a nude underlay.
