Last night “Basketball Wives L.A.’s” Gloria Govan rang in the new year with her besties, including some of the Clippers’ basketball wives.  She partied it up in the $498 BCBGMAXAZRIA Ruffle Detail Mini Dress in red berry combo.  The semi-sheer mesh inset dress features a ruffle hem with tulle layer, back keyhole opening with button closure, and side seam zipper closure.
