Tonight on “Basketball Wives L.A.” Gloria Govan appeared in her green screen/interview in Black Halo’s $349 Jackie O Sheath Dress in sunburst yellow. A few weeks back she wore the charcoal gray version of the dress when she met up with her manager to discuss her new acting gig. The fitted pencil dress features a geometric neckline with cap sleeves and gently draped neck, a square-neck at the back, darting at the bust, and a fitted waist with removable belt.
